Can you help me find a roommate?
Yes! We can help match you with one or more roommates.
Do you have furnished apartments?
We have both furnished and non-furnished apartments. You can choose what fits you best!
Are pets allowed?
Yes! We allow dogs and cats, up to two pets per apartment. Fees and breed restrictions apply, so check out our Pet Policy.
Are there quiet hours?
Yes! Quiet hours are enforced after 10 PM every day in our study lounge and after midnight, Sunday through Thursday, in our hallways and other public spaces (except the fitness center).
Do we have security cameras?
Yes! We have cameras outside our property, as well as cameras located within the common areas.
Do we allow parents and family to visit?
Of course! Parents and family are welcome to visit our residents anytime.
Do we require renter's insurance?
Yes, renter's insurance is required for all of our tenants.
